This document explains the general approach of LYXE Commerce. Your subscription agreement or a country-specific notice may contain additional terms. This template should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before production launch.
Using LYXE
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and use LYXE lawfully. You are responsible for your store content, products, taxes, fulfilment and customer obligations.
Subscriptions
Plans, billing frequency, applicable taxes and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payment-provider fees are separate. Trial or promotional terms may have additional conditions.
Availability and changes
We work to keep LYXE reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve, and material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.
Ending service
You may cancel according to your subscription terms. We may restrict service for unlawful use, non-payment, security risk or serious breach, subject to applicable law.
